Scoutix uses AI to generate prospects and outreach messages. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content. Prospect data may be outdated or incorrect. Results in terms of replies, conversions, or business outcomes are not guaranteed and depend entirely on your own business and outreach.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Scoutix is currently in early access. Pricing plans displayed on the website are indicative and subject to change before the official launch. Paid plans, once introduced, will be billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@scoutix.io within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
Scoutix and its design, code, and branding are owned by Inna Zaporojan. Content you provide (your business profile, website, copy) remains yours. AI-generated outreach messages produced by Scoutix using your inputs are yours to use freely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoutix and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Scoutix at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chisinau, Moldova, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
