Scoutix is operated by Inna Zaporojan, based in Chisinau, Moldova. We build AI-powered prospecting tools for founders and small businesses.

2. Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Your email address (when you join the waitlist or sign up)
- Your website URL (to analyze your business profile)
- Business profile data you enter (name, product description, outreach preferences)
- Usage data (pages visited, features used) via anonymous analytics
- Email addresses of prospects you choose to contact (stored locally in your browser session only)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To operate and improve the Scoutix service
- To send you product updates and launch announcements (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To analyze your website URL and generate your business profile using AI
- To communicate with you about your account
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
Scoutix uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Anthropic— AI language model provider. Your website URL and business context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate profiles and outreach messages. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
- Resend— Email delivery service used to send outreach emails on your behalf. Resend's privacy policy applies.
- Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure. Vercel may collect standard server logs.
5. Cookies
Scoutix uses minimal cookies. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Session data (your profile, scouts, notes) is stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to our servers unless you explicitly trigger an action.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

7. Data Retention
Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Business profile data exists in your browser session and is not stored on our servers. We may update this policy as the product evolves — the date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
